Homemade Greek Yogurt

1 Gal Milk + Large Bowl
covered

20-25 minutes

165-190 degrees

pour back into jug
add 1 cup yogurt
incubate for 12-18 hours
Empty Jug
Into Cloth Lined
Colander or strainer with a catch basin
Cover
Refrigerate

5hrs or so later


Package into containers

Strain the leftovers

Drain 1+ hours

Put in empty container
